Dr Evan Willingham is a General Surgeon who has been practicing exclusively in Toowoomba and the Darling Downs for over 10 years.  He grew up in North-West Queensland in the mining town of Mount Isa where he attended primary and high school. Upon graduating, Dr Willingham then attended the University of Queensland, where he gained a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery.
